⭐️How does shipping work? What does IN STOCK or PREORDER mean?
We operate on IN STOCK and PREORDER inventory model. Almost all products are in stock, with only a small number of unique products being pre-ordered. This means we require manufacturers to produce the necessary units each month to fulfill pending orders. However, if the total order quantity for a particular product does not meet the minimum requirements set by the manufacturer, production may be delayed by several months. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

⭐️Shipping / Delivery timing / Estimated Time of Arrival
Most products are usually shipped within 7 days of placing an order and arrive in approximately 7-15 days, but delays can occur due to factors like customs processing or postal service disruptions.
⭐️Do you make customized products?
Yes! You can find a customization link in the "Custom" section of our navigation bar. When placing your order, please be sure to include all relevant information in the notes section. If you have any visual reference materials, please send them to tay13department@gmail.com.
⭐️Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. lf your item arrives damaged,please contact us within 15 daysof delivery through our contact form, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Important Notes:
lf your package is returned due to transportation,customs, or delivery issues, we can reship it, butthe reshipping fee must be covered by the customer.
Make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and written in alphabet letters only (e.g.avoid using japanese,Chinese,etc.)
Please note that colors on screen may differ slightly from the physical product and this differenceis not a compelling reason for a return/exchange of the product.
